Dr Sarah Chen is a distinguished business consultant and thought leader with over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation and strategic management. As Managing Director of Chen Consulting Group, she has advised numerous FTSE 100 companies on digital transformation and sustainable business practices.
Sarah joined CIPP in 2012 as a Member and was elected to Fellowship in 2018 in recognition of her significant contributions to the profession. She currently serves on the CIPP Board and chairs the Professional Standards Committee.
Her research interests include sustainable business models, leadership in the digital age, and the future of professional services. Sarah is a regular speaker at industry conferences and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals.
